Ok that’s called medial epicondolytis

There are a bunch more exercises just YouTube it

Ol just watched it thanks @Kad1 do you agree with me sticking with glucosamine or something else

If you find it helps. I personally never feel any different using those prop but it cannot hurt

Ok, so have never had a knee problem from squatting. Has always been my one durable joint. Day before yesterday, however, I go to do a set of squats and notice a that my inner quads leading up to my knee seem to be doing more work than usual and are aching. By the time I finish warm up sets and get to work sets, I’m nearly debilitated with knee pain. I was working in front of a mirror and so consciously working on my form, putting the bar further back on my back, not rocking on the balls of feet, keeping them planted, trying to use more glue than quad, but to no avail. I have to cut it short. I’m pissed at my shitty workout, so I go run a mile and half at about a ten-minute pace. At first, the knees hurt, but once warmed up, I don’t notice them much, but by the end of the run, I’m debilitated again.

Two days later, fuck, the pain is still there, I have trouble squatting down without relatively sharp pain in the knee where the quad inserts on the inner side.

Help.

I had some pain Saturday aqUtting I’m chalking it up to all the nandro being out of my system and joints feel shit again. I thought th e whole time I didn’t get that benefit. I guess shit was achy the whole time hahah

I’m hoping that my situation is similar, viz., NPP being out of my system and E2 being a little lower than ideal for joint health.

Just thinking out loud… meant with total respect.

You’re a big dude… you are getting on up there in years…maybe think about curtailing the running.

If you’re running on concrete your destroying your knees brother you gotta run on a football field or on soft ground. This is why I will only use the olyptical or stationary bike. I have a bad knee do you believe that your knee is a contributing factor?
I believe that possibly your other muscles are picking up for a possible injured muscle or tendon possibly soft tissue or even scar tissue?
