Shoulder pain getting real bad

Don’t do them any more. I can’t even do 5Lb lateral raises right now and no way can I press anything. Just work around it and do things that don’t hurt. Otherwise you’ll you even yo tearing something. Your body is warning you.
I can only do rear delt laterals with bands. That’s the only shoulder exercise I can do now so that’s what I do until things heal.
 
Listen to your body.
Let it rest for several weeks.
Maybe work on abs/legs.
Diagnose the cause.
Go to a good PT center once a week if you can.
Lite weight (like 2.5 lb to 7.5lb) small movement rehab exercises.
Band work (5lb to 15lb) rehab exercises.
Gradually increase weight over time as your body allows.
My 2 cents.
 
Yeah thinking I’m gonna rest my shoulders up from the exercises that hurt it and when I get the money look into the slingshot I read those help a lot

Haven’t had any questions yet which hopefully means we are all staying injury free, so forfeited is post some links for great shoulder exercises that can be used to avoid a shoulder injury as well as help you recover. There are a lot of fufu PT rehab exercises like empty cans, DB Ext rot etc that are great for a certain population but we are different. We need to get back to throwing heavy weights around correct? Yeah bro limiting your range of motion to that 90° is definitely a shoulder saver. … With light enough weight you can stop it and get a workout by controlling the weight from the stop and go …dropping it all the way down you kind of rest it on your back muscles / ribs… Also check out seth feroce shoulder workouts… He might be able to give you some pointers as well… Good luck on them shoulders…
