Shoulder pain getting real bad

It goes down the shoulder on both sides but my left has gotten worse. Thinking I might tell the doctor when I go see her for my anxiety later

Could also be your supraspinatus, which you REALLY do not want to fuck with, as it is the single most important rotator cuff tendon in your shoulder. I find the supraspinatus bears quite a bit of the load with overhead presses. That is why I cannot do OH DB presses; my left supraspinatus is torn irreparably, so I cannot stabilize the DB. Only barbells work for me for OH presses as a result.

There are so many things it could be. Until you can get seen by Ortho go on YouTube and search rotator cuff tests. You’ll be able to do some yourself then we can get a better idea of what’s going on instead of just throwing out a bunch of guesses.
Is pressing the only movement that hurts?

I can’t even do shoulder workouts because of this. If I do it’s minimal weight and reps. Otherwise I won’t even be able to lift my arms above my head. For me its auto immune related. My shoulder is throbbing just from driving for 8hrs and today is my gym day, guess we’ll be doing legs lol idk if you have tried incorporating NPP/DECA but its been known to help.

I don’t think it should ever be endorsed to use AAS to assist with an injury. Deca/npp will only mask an injury and not heal it… leading to worse injury.

Go to the doc. Get some scans done. Go down in weight. Focus on form. Focus on mobility.
