Dirts tren harder than last time log

Ok leg day
Squats maxed at 640 still think I can get close to 700 in meet don’t think legs were issue on 660
Standing leg curls 3x12-150 each leg
Leg ext 4x12-210
Good girls 2xfail-full rack
Abs 3x15-110
Had to change normals lifts left arm is noodle. Hope last week of issue

Well probably not doing gym today I feel I should go cause I need to do something away from
Home that’s not work but I also I need a something that isn’t gym either
 
Well I guess I’m just going to sleep my days off should get to gy at some point today for rear delts and biceps
 
Thinking early morning cardio just cause I’m bored as fuck and don’t want to just sit around mg condo

Jms top set of 405 for 3. May have had it for 5 but never done that much before
Cable high pulls 3x12-48.5
Incline curls 3x15-30
Seated dips 3x15-297
Side delt machine 3x15-170 drop set last
Shoulder press 3x15-155
Over head triceps 3x15-85
Hammer curl machine 3x15-65 these are arms on pad behind head
