Well my sleep is all over the place did 12 hours yesterday then work up ate watched a few movies fell back asleep at 4. Now wide awake will try and eat. HeFty breakfast to induce short coma haha. Got max bench today

That’s probably the o lh thing I run in normal dosage. I’m doing 4 ius mon-Fri. And the only sides I get is ass load of water. Like 10 pounds of it through our week then weekend I piss it all out

Failed on 660. My forearm just couldn’t go any longer. And the pain was all I could concentrate on. Be interesting to see if the new bra helps me on gong heavier as one less thing to have on mind was first time I’ve ever had weight on back Gigi to incorporate overload walk outs next few weeks
