I can’t even try to drink like I used to, this is a good thing. I left so many unfinished beers at bars. Hell I left a 90 dollar tip at one Cause I had 100 gift card and only had one drink before moving on to see people at next.

I can be with my friends who still partake and not be involved and they wouldn’t pressure me to anyways. For them I think they have the mindset more them. But I was worried that one would be say juat do a little that never happened they actually went out of there way too go to friends next door so I could stay at residence and not have to see anythjng.

Finally the whole trip I felt my self getting smaller and smaller so I couldn’t wait to get back in the gym.
Not sure how much using compounds has changed my way of thinking but setting goals and working to achieve made
Even one week no gym seem to long. Not sure if I’ll go forward with plan to move back next summer but I know I’ll be fine.
 
I think all of these are valuable things for you to learn. If you move back or not. You know you’re moving on a bit of a different path than them AND that it’s okay. I think it’s awesome they supported your desire not to partake, that’s seriously a huge deal.

I don’t know if it’s strictly the compounds as much as being driven by reaching your goals. For me that shit is the addicting part. Knowing I can set a goal and smash it. It’s unlike anything else I know.
 
That’s really cool of them honestly not all users are bad people we know that they are just sick or partying. The lifestyle they live your still friends you just have a different lifestyle now.

Sounds like you got soild friends @Dirtnasty.That type of friendship is golden,my best friend did something similar, when I was on probation I told him I was gonna smoke and drink one day and asked him to join me at my house,he said no, a d that I probably shouldn’t either,I told him,ok then,I’m still gonna do it.Thats where the conversation ended but I had a lot of respect for his decision.You hitting gym today I take jt…
 
Now that I read that, and @NeuroRN answer, I must admit. When it comes to lifing,I have no goals, I have routines and plans,but no goals but to stay in shape,maybe shit needs to change…
 
Yeah but its very broad, someone could say to their doctor,I’m in shape I run 6 miles every morning before work, and I would say,your crazy,I lift weights before work and I’m in shape…Its all relative,I reckon.
 
Your goal is to lift weights and stay in shape.
You reach your goals I believe your happy with your build but a strong diet and a training plan you would be amazed how different it becomes its cool as hell just like your plants you know which AAS to give them nitrogen and potassium keeps them growing but if they don’t get water they die that’s there diet. The better the diet ph balanced water and so on will make them grow better
 
Yeah buddy… fighting the aging process is my overarching goal. Very broad but I’ve got certain personal markers to narrow it down for me specifically.

What kind of specific goal you got in mind for yourself?
 
I wasn’t being a smarty when I said staying in shape IS a goal. It’s staying in shape as you personally see it. That counts brother. You aint no youngster so it’s going get harder and harder as the years roll on.
