Had my Dew with my lunch. I cut back on the Dews. A lot of the sugar I was taking in was from the Dews. After I cut carbs for 5 weeks. I turned right around and took in around 800g of carbs steady for the last 4 weeks.
 
Rotisserie chicken work having me stay over then change hours to 9-7 tomorrow so no gym to I go t I think I’m going to wake up same time and hit gym before work tomorrow
