Post up your totals… Natty and out of the gym life for almost 2 years I have been slowly creeping up the #'s in my lifts…

185#'s
  • DL= 385#'s/
  • BS= ??? All I do is FS @ 1RM of 285
  • BP-= Bum shoulder + 90# DB’s x 2 fucking around one day. I will never bench heavy again, sadly.
Power lifting and Olympic Lifting are foundation work. Train for fitness and physique will follow…train for physique and fitness might …or might not follow???

I used to compete mostly in the UPA, dabbled with some SPF meets. Not natural, always open about it.
@198 333 lbs bench, 601 squat 630 lb dead
@220 333 lbs bench, 640 squat 682 lb dead
