I’m ecstatic over my a1c. I would have been happy with “7’s” but it ended up dropping off the charts…to the good direction.

All other functions are holding steady in tolerable range.

Doc was happy.

Do you take Vitamin D?
It’s needed with Telmisartan, and it will only go down into the winter months.
I shoot for 70-90 range which is on the high side of low.

Outside of the usual old dude aches, pains, moans and groans…I actually feel pretty good.

We’ve got a slew of fresh college grads in the office that are closer in age to my granddaughter than my kids and I always contemplate…what in the heck do THEY see when they look at me. “Crusty old bastard…why is HE still alive”. Hahaha
