What’s going on everyone? New to the site and finding my way around. 35yr old father with a full time gig working in the water treatment industry. Been in the gym for 4 years now following some really bad blood work back in 2021.
At that time I was around 205lbs, no muscle, poor diet, wrecked cholesterol and triglycerides in the 1300’s. Immediately after that blood work I bought a gym membership to my local planet fitness and started getting to work. In 6 months with a clean diet and deficit I dropped down to 138lbs and completely reversed my cholesterol problems.
I spent the next 3 years learning my way around dieting/bulking/cutting and spinning my wheels for the majority of the time. Gained fat way too quick and cut too fast so perpetually in a circle. Learned a lot though in that time to really hone in on training properly.
In October of 2024, I got an appointment with a trt clinic and had my levels tested. Test came in at 297 ng/dl, doc started me on clomid and that worked great (test jumped up to 980 by December) until I decided to take treatment into my own hands in April of 2025 and ran my first cycle.
I started my cycle with the help of many people giving advice and watching bloodwork. At the start I was sitting at 142lbs and when I ended the cycle in October I was sitting around 175lbs. Been cruising for a bit now and will be starting another cycle here soon.
Current stats: 5’10”, 164lbs fasted this morning
Cycle was:
Test: 600mg/week
Primo: 400mg/week
NPP: 200mg/week
HGH: 4ius nightly
Inj. Superdrol: 10mg PWO last 5 weeks
Reta: 1-2mg/week
Pictures 1 and 2 are the very start of the journey from overweight to fit.
Picture 3 and 4 is when I overbulked back to 190lbs
Picture 5 is cutting back down to 143 where I began my cycle
Last few pictures are where I currently sit fluctuating between 160-165.
