PROCESS TO GET 30% DISCOUNT:

Once you are registered on the Flash website https://c.flashgear.to/ place your order. Then go to your dashboard. Click on personal ticket area. Fill out the ticket by saying you are a new customer at UGM, and the rep, JJ, said you get 30% off your first order. Put your order # in the ticket. Submit the ticket.
Flash will manually lower your order total by 30%. This will show up in your dashboard under orders. Then pay the new lowered total.
After you order, pm me your order # here so I can verify with Flash that he got everything.

Open a new ticket. Perhaps it got lost in the shuffle. Flash checks tickets several times a day. It’s possible it got lost. Definitely make another and let me know if you don’t get a response today.
Or, you can pm me here if you have an order number on an existing order and need me to check on something. I don’t have website access but I can ask Flash about whatever you need.
