It doesn’t help, I’ll cut it no doubt. Then I’ll have to figure out what to do with all this leftover tren 😂😂
 
That’s what I’m hoping the lower dose will do. I was also on EQ for a Bit… I usually have some appetite suppression when I come off that.
 
Are you experiencing any acid reflux or any acid issues in your stomach?
This is usually the issue with tren try using a anti acid tab from the pharmacy. I believe that it will help im just not sure if it will make it so you can eat alot more
 
Agree with @Bigmurph I was on EQ at beginning, which I think helps increase appetite, but I never believe everything is the same for me in what I read. I did however notice reflux, and wasn’t sure if it was from the Tren, or Abombs. I think both, so I started taking Pepcid full strength tabs ED a few weeks ago and it helped a ton, along with not being on Abombs anymore, too.
 
One thing I do when I have trouble eating is I take two whole eggs and 4 to 6 egg whites raw put them in a cup and just suck it down It doesn’t seem to take up much space in my stomach and it’s a lot of protein. And a healthy helping of Metamucil at night helps keep everything moving.
 
Hahah I’ve managed to avoid the raw egg game for years… I guess tren is going to break my streak.
 
Hahahaha. Ya I feel like it’s some Rocky stuff or something. But it really works for me. I started doing it back when @Bigmurph had me on 400 protein per day. It was taking too long in the morning to cook 8 eggs so I just started drinking them. And I was like “hmmm this ain’t too bad”.
 
Yup I tried EQ for the sole purpose of tryin to increase appetite didn’t work
 
Buy egg whites. Bob evens and such. They are homogenized. Usually in the egg section. I use that to mix with protein or drink out of the carton. homogenization makes it more liquid form and not lumpy and you can drink them pretty easy. High protein. Low cal. And a quart equals 27 eggs if you were wondering…😁
 
Damn Bro! How tall are you??

I thought I was doing good at 6’ 2” 225. Then again, I can’t complain with my gains, because I tried my ass off to do it lean. Was an avid runner since teen years and hovered around 175, until I got the weight lifting/physique itch about 3 years ago.

Haha I’m 6’1. Pre-covid I was 225. Then I got lax on my diet and dropped dow to 215. I started the flash competition at 215. Now I’m 235 haha which sounds absurd.

I have been crazy consistent on my diet except during work. I quit using protein powder except intra workout or immediate post workout. The fridge stays full of pre cooked steak and chicken.

I need to do a body scan soon, I think I’m at or under 10% body fat now.
