When the muscles in your lower back get a pump.

I’m running test p/tren A 350mg a week. NPP 140mg a week for joint relief. Hcg 250x2 a week. Proviron 50mg a day.

Some test and tren base as pwo.

The night sweats are insane. I thought they were bad on NPP. these are next level. Mood is stabile. I definitely feel like I’m getting leaner, definitely more vascular.

Have had some cardio difficulty (just getting winded easier)

I didn’t stop and consider possibly having to buy new scrubs after doing NPP and tren so close. 😂😂

I am hoping the lower back pumps are more related to having to miss being dry needled for two weeks and physical therapy tomorrow takes care of it.

Still staying light as my chest is still a little sore.

Barbell flat barbell bench 225 4x10-12
Incline barbell 205 4x10
Decline push ups with weighted vest: 4x20

Pull-ups overhand: 4x10,8,8,6
Single arm pull downs: 4x8-10
Banded rows: 4x10

OHP 135 4x8
DB flys 30 4x8
Bent over flys 15 4x10

Incline dB curls 3x10
Hammer curls 3x10

Banded tricep push downs 3x10
Skull crushers 3x10

Bone-in ribeye for dinner!
 
How do you do your nandro base I’m hoping package lands today and I get to try it
