NeuroRN covid lockdown log

Hit 90% recovery on my Whoop. I slept for 9 hours. Woke up a few times bc I was so sweaty. Slept on a towel most of the night.

Leg day:

Belt squat: warm up sets starting at 135 up to 395 3x 8

Sissy front squat: 100lb sandbag 4x8
Sissy dead lift: 125lb sandbag + 20lb vest 4x10

Box step ups: vest and db’s 4x8 each leg
Banded DB deadlift: 4x8

Legs and lower back felt pretty good for having missed the last two weeks of physical therapy. One week of tren down. Thanks for following along.

Work has been pretty mellow the last two nights, hopefully the pattern continues. A slow weekend is welcomed after Monday’s
Extra shift. Wish I could say the same for my poor wife… she’s having an absolute shite weekend.

Meals have been good. Bison, chicken, steak with rice or Trader Joe’s tortellini.

I’ve been reading the book “carnivore code” and seriously been considering trying carnivore diet… I know @TG is a carnivore man, anyone else gone strictly carnivore?

If you haven’t looked into it Paul Saladino, MD is a great source. He wrote the aforementioned book. I like his take on it all because he acknowledges you have to do what’s best for your body and that may not be carnivore, as well as focusing on goal prioritization and how to adjust your diet to that.

Guess I should have put this in a separate write up.

Tren is still treating me well. Sheets have to change every other day. Does anyone else have insane backpumps on tren? @TBU @John @TG I’m microdosing 50mg a day and my back pumps at work are almost unbearable. I’m taking taurine daily, plenty of water. This Shit is absurd 😂😂

Are you taking any Cialis? That will cause killer back pumps/aches. But no. No back pumps for me.
