Legs day, cardio what’s your biggest training sin

Ok so I got called out (rightfully so) by @JLee when I first started my log for skipping leg day. The first step was admitting I had a problem. So I’m curious gentlemen, what’s your weak point in your training. Is it cardio, diet or a body part that gets neglected. Let’s get this out in the open. Like I said the first step is admitting you have a problem.
 
I’ve been known to blow off a leg day, but my legs are one of my strong points so oh well haha. I feel like I’m pretty solid now, I would say one of my biggest mistakes years ago was depending/using straps too often for pulling movements. Grip strength and forearm size suffered, all for the ego of pulling more weight. I don’t touch straps at all anymore
 
Agreed. That’s why I took the walking route. That way I don’t have a choice. Plus I figure I’m getting paid to train.
 
My calves there getting better but they were way behind in my opinion. I also want to work more on grip and forearm.

Seems like calves and forearm is pretty standard across the board. I give them one or two sets of direct work a week which by looking at my forearms and calves is not enough.
 
Cardio, diet… anything In General that would hinder strength… I watch my macros pretty closely, but I cheat, A LOT… I have a grandson and a pantry full of snacks, it’s like the Bermuda Triangle of snacks, once you enter, you eat a whole box of cosmic brownies and have no idea what happened…
 
Its hard for calves atleast for me I have been focusing for awhile on them forearms I just want bigger forearms it would be nice im trying to add things in to focus more but I already hit them good so its really just me lol
 
Well I hate cardio but I do it diligently. Honestly the only thing I usually skip are abs. I do very little for core because I get a lot from jujitsu. Other than that I don’t miss or skip anything. Diet wise my big weakness are sweets. I love cookies, pastry’s pretty much any sweet.
