The breathalyser is part of the bill that’s expected to pass. It’s written into the infrastructure bill. All ready passed senate.

Also in the bill is a new pilot program to tax you on mileage you drive. With the only way to avoid the taxes is getting an electric vehicle. The amount will be determined by… social and environmental impact.
