1-14 testosterone no Sustanon enanthate or smaller ester is even better if you can microdose and inj 1x a day that’s best I would use prop if you can this will help alot.
1-14 eq 400-800mg find your sweet spot possibly higher. Minimum 2x a week
1-7 test p/tren ace/eq/proviron
8-14 test p/mast p/eq winny tabs if blood work allows cholesterol might be crazy.
1-7 Diet run your normal bulking diet for a lean bulk with your weight and height
8-14 Diet run a caloric deficit actually lowering over 2wks your cals and carbs. Go for high protein still and much lower carbs and only good fats you want this to be a hard cut its going to be 7wks of hell but its to win. You have to take in around half the calories and allow the compounds to just tighten you up in 7wks after a lean bulk you should drop another 20lbs maybe 15lbs before the end of your last 7wks. You want to gain only mass during the beginning just gotta keep your diet clean for the lean bulk high protein, carbs to just keep you going, only good fats. Once you go into the second 7wks you still have to continue to make gains while only taking in about half the amount.
I don’t reccomend clen until the very end if at all to just take some off right before the end.
Stay super hydrated and diet has to be solid for all 14wks no deviation.
Cardio is going to be alot not like a normal bulk you actually want to do alot of cardio so you can lose bf% while continuing to add mass.
Feed those compounds especially the eq with protein the nitrogen synthesis will work great with lean and peeled.
