Hey y’all, it’s been awhile since I’ve been on here! I’ve put on 40lbs to my frame by running an Arnold split, strict bulking diet and a SARM stack cycle at which I am coming close to finishing. Looking to enhance in the next couple months after a cycle break, would appreciate a teacher/friend on next steps(: can provide more info on any of the above if you have any questions!

I would start off with blood work so that you can make sure that everything is back to normal especially after the SARMS.

Im glad to see you around brother what are your goals?
If trying to bulk we could discuss how big

If you’re trying to cut we can discuss diet options and compounds for that

I look forward to hearing about your last run plus your future run brother
 
For my SARM stack I was running YK11 at 15mg split dosage, RAD140 at 15mg single daily dose and MK667 at 25mg for reference
 
Hey thanks for the welcome back! I am still wanting to bulk, I’ve literally been fighting my genetics to get bigger and put on size. The last time I was on the forum I was around 140lbs, skinny af, now I’m around the 176lb mark with some decent muscle. In terms of how big, I’m aiming for another 30lbs because I’m still not at where I want to be right now size wise.
 
So im not big on SARMS but if you’re looking to bulk you already know it begins with your diet and then we can add in compounds to turn that food into mass you can even stay lean and bulk somewhat heavy.

Are you looking to run something like
Sust, decca, adrol dirty bulk
Test, npp mast lean bulk
Test trenbolone mast another lean bulk
Test dbol primo or mast

Have you ever ran a primo bulk?
 
Also no Im not sure I know what a primo bulk is? I ran a clean 4000 calorie bulk diet for 2 months and did not gain weight as expected, switched over to dirty bulk for 1 month and kept cardio to keep the fat off and heart active and got much more noticeable results.
 
Possibly the sust decca adrol dirty bulk. Dirty bulk for me on SARMS was the most sustainable/easiest method for me to gain size, took my body fat percent every day to make sure I wasn’t going into bad territory with the bulk. So that would be the most realistic for me to keep up with. I am 20yrs old btw.)

I can’t help you with anything like that brother I thought that you wanted to discuss compounds and cycles what was posted is against the rules.

I believe that something heavy like this with a heavy really heavy diet will add mass get your protein and training in and there shouldn’t be a reason not to grow on a big bulk like that

What do you want to know ive run 2 20wk bulks with Primobolan. If you feed Primobolan real primo not bunk garbage plunty of protein and train you will definitely bulk and grow. I only used 400-600mg real primo you don’t need anywhere near 1000mg like talked about not saying I didn’t try lol
 
I’ve read mixed things on pct after sarms but I’m currently looking into it! Already getting labs set up as well thanks!
 
I guess my only question is what do you recommend should be my first step in starting on a sust decca and adrol cycle?
