Good morning,what's are diet this am,and what are we lifting

For breakfast I had,cheese complete with hot sauce,banana,yogurt,and vanilla protein shake,coffee and a water,I’m doin traps and forearms.Tell your wife,kids,someone you love them,appreciate the small things in your day.

We got thrown out of bldg again and teleworking.

I can get right up at 4 wash brush teeth dress and be at work NLT 4:45 when we’re in the bldg.

If I’m teleworking with a 3 step commute… I set the alarm for 4:45 and roll out of bed at 5:15… slowly. Hahaha

I don’t know how you eat that much in the heat. Prior to my promotion and when I was a journeyman… the first 90 degree day of the spring/summer, I would drop 10 pounds. I just couldn’t eat.
 
@Poppy, I’ve got to force it. The older I get, the harder it is too. Ive noticed the last 5 years or so, I don’t tollerate the heat like I used to, but the fridged below zero temps don’t bother me now
