You can drop to 2000 if you want once you get below 2000 you start to really start cutting.

If your goals are to cut down I would drop calories slowly taper down over time and you will definitely start to see the difference as you adjust

Steady as she goes heading into the weekend.

Decided to have the app drop calories. Having to retool a few of my meals pretty significantly. For example, it doesn’t make sense to only have 2 oz of potatoes in a meal, so in those cases I dropped those and added some veggies.

Last week, I decided to start taking dance classes. I’ve always thought people who could cut a rug were really impressive. Also, I’m tired of going out to clubs and feeling like a dope because I can’t dance worth a shit. So I’m taking hip hop dance classes 2-3 times a week.
