Sets. Yesterday before the shit storm hit was squats, 200 x 3x 5. Other than that it’s been a lot of silence in my house. Only one of the girls told me happy Father’s Day, and honestly, it doesn’t bother me. I know I wasn’t always there for any of them, and I’ve been tougher on the 13 year old than the older two girls.
