Wait till the end of this cycle if the sd does it thing shoulders wil look sick. I can feel I’m getting stronger on the side delt ss if I hit 20 reps on third set for both I’ll move up weight again and I’m close will move to 70/15 the. A few weeks move up to w

Ok todays pwo is 20 sd and 50 inject Abomb. TMI us 2.5-3 hours till gym. Oh yeah my do 200 mg caffeine
 
Feeling strong and out of breath today tren in full swing. May have taken too much caffeine the gum with 100 was overkill feel shaky but strong

595 it is for 3 a little to shake for my liking to go up weight going to put 685 on bar and do walk outs
 
I should have just went for 605 for a n increase from last time but my legs are not feeling stable they were moving all over place on decent. So more caffeine isn’t always better I don’t mind for bench or dead’s but squats seems to mess me with me

Squats worked up to 595 for triple. Then did 685 for a few walk outs
Sld 2x5-495
Leg press 3x8-10,11,12 pps
Good girls 2x30ish full rack tried to actually count so I can tell progression
Abs 3x12-110
Sideways hack single leg 2x8-150
Glute machine 2x10-190
 
May not have got my squats where I wanted them today but leg press went up so I know the strength is there I probably could have warmed up better but I’m so used to time crunch that I just got to top set in 20 minutes
 
Biceps and rear delts

Geeks barbell face pulls 3x8-115 I like these going forward for heavy movement
Hammer curls 3x8-10-60’s
Single arm rear delt swing3x15-20-30’s
Cable curls from. Behind for incline type effect 3x15-32.5
Cable delts 3x18-20 12.5 each handle
Hammer curl machine behind head 3x15-20 75’s

Off day slept till 4:30 wanted more. Don’t work tomorrow so will sleep late again do shoulders
