Pretty good day struggles to walk out of gym. Got 12 hours to work the. Two days to recover

Daddy is sore today biceps rear delts then meeting coworkers at brewery pizza place for a drink. They will be doing trivia. I will be to late for that

And realized with bo pwo today I forgot to do my shot will stop back home before brewery to make sure I do it and not forget
 
Recovery day May have had some psychedelics last night feel pretty good today outside of legs still being sore.
 
Scheduled my bloods for the Monday before comp since I won’t be doing and lifing but maybe really light work that. Interesting to see results. Cause the next four weeks I’m going to do something I said I wouldn’t do again and that’s add 20 mg of sd daily to my cycle sd and tren ride again
 
Well slept like shit and it seems I’m breaking out on my behind so maybe my autoimmune disease hates sets fo five dead’s. We goig to try and push through. Yep f Abomb’s caffeine and mtren don’t work it’s just not ment to be. I honestly would be alright not doing dead’s two weeks in a row. But I’ll see how the bar moves when I get there
 
Well I got 635 for 5 so for not feeling it that’s not too bad did work up using hook today and was able to pull 495 easy with it. So keep working that so I can eventually pull that instead of switch grip.
