Got 700 on dead’s almost had 722.5 but I put belt too tight and well right before lockout I felt like I did bong rip. So dropped bar and enjoyed the short lived high haha. Happy overall as I know bench will be there just have to break down and get straps. Funny how my wrist have adjusted to spinning bar and it hurt me here
So imagine you rolling something with your hands like the old wrist builders with stick string and weight hanging. Doing that but facing other direction never had it before. It’s like injwas trying to start a Motorcycle.
Other than not quilifying I’m happy with meet as I know what I can do benching. Grip didn’t give got depth and felt good on squats had great time being around people socializing
I didn’t get the lifts. Cause I couldn’t get force on bar. Damndst thing. It would fly off chest then the wrist lost controls and I couldn’t push it. I would push and the wrist just gkept flopping back and forth. Like I said easy fix
Yep it was almost like my triceps wouldn’t fire I hit 460 warm up no probs. People were expecting stuff. When I got medal I apologized to crowd haha I will add the pause was almost 3 counts each time lots of people were failing
May favorite guy there was 60 year old who was there competeing with grandson they both broke records. I can’t express enough to people that competitions make it worth it sometime. Not only for seeing where’d you really are but being around people dojng the same thing. I got to think bb is same
