Fiancé made a hibachi style dinner. Grilled chicken, “fried” rice (basically make fried rice but don’t use oil or butter, just a bit of cooking spray), and some zucchini/onion/mushroom. Fucking delicious, I love those hibachi places so making a healthy version at home works for me

Out of rice and cooking my chicken right now what will my carbs be at work tonight. May just do some
