Do you have your dosing protocol ive used albuterol before ventolin 8mg

I would use 8mg 3x a day 3 wks on 3 wks off its an extended period off people usually do a week but I felt that combined with cardio 21 day burts worked amazing

I was gonna do 8 mg 3x a day. I like the 3 weeks on 3 off. I think I will use that.

Did you use caffeine as well? I know it increases effectiveness but I’m not sure how well I’ll tolerate that much stimulant 3x a day.

I didn’t use caffeine with albuterol because 8mg was a strong dose for me so I did well with that protocol but from what I know now caffeine and baby asprin plus benadryl at night might help

I’ll have to mess around with the dosing and figure out. I feel like 8 mg of albuterol gonna have me shaking like a leaf

I wasn’t but I am used to alot of albuterol and ephedrine in life you know what for your a nurse when I was young it was really bad

Oh man. ECA about 3 am and I’m goooooood to go. I’m the only one wide awake at that time haha

I’ll probably start at 4mg and asses and go up from there. It’s hard to do my job shaky

I agree always start low and up your dose great idea.
I was already very used to both growing up
