Hey everyone been a while since I’ve been on because I’ve been trying something new. For the past couple weeks I’ve been eating around 4500 calories a day for my bulk and I’ve been putting on roughly a 1/2 pound a week. Even though I’m making slow and steady process I am constantly wanting to eat and wake up ravenously hungry. I’m wondering if I should increase calories or just keep going with it until I plateau? Any advice?

Using MyFitnessPal for macros. I keep my protein pretty high because it helps with the hunger so I eat anywhere from 320-350g protein per day, then fats I eat around 80-90g and carbs fill in the rest with about 560g depending on fiber on all that.

You clearly have a high metabolism. At your heaight and weight I’d say if your hungry eat If you eat 6,000 calories a day who cares as long as your gaining good weight. And in bulking you should gain some fat. At your weight I wouldn’t worry about it. I would definitely increase fat calories if your hungry at night. Eat some fatty meats for dinner. That might help a lot
