So I got injured I ruptured my bicep and I was way over weight. Not working out at all. I went from being a top notch athlete then 15yrs later to being a top notch fat ass so I decided to stop. I stepped on a scale and it said 260lbs plus I had never been that heavy and I had never felt so bad.

I decided that once I lost the weight to get back on AAS as I used when I was an athlete. I dropped the weight and worked out for a year before I started believing I was doing everything right. I hadn’t touched any AAS yet. Then once I was ready I jumped back into AAS.

I just went about it the wrong way in my opinion looking back as we can to learn from our mistakes.
I did start out running a cycle than pct off and wait until the next time around I did this four times then I thought why not blast and cruise?

Blast and cruise is where I believe that I started making my mistakes.
It wasn’t for me I didn’t need to blast and cruise im just a guy that enjoys looking good so for my goals it didn’t make sense. I believed that it made perfect sense at the time. I was already running 20wk long cycles so why not just keep going?
20wk long cycles?? I was already heading for TRT.

Now im big I look good but I am having a hell of a time cutting because my testosterone is in the shitter around 300 and trt is what I need. I will now without trt for life experience a really hard time controlling my weight and stay looking good.
I also have ED now im 40yrs old and this is likely due to my low testosterone.
It also probably has to do with my use of nandrolone.

Just remember that its all fun and games until someone gets hurt.

I honestly don’t know but would I do it again yes just differently.

All critically important considerations for the under-50 set. For the old fucks, in contrast, we already are on lifetime TRT, so it does not matter. The question for those under 50 is: are you willing to risk having to go on TRT for life? If not, then you should stay away from AAS or use only moderate amounts of conventional compounds (e.g., test and mast) and always do proper PCT. Just my $.02.

Exactly brother I wish that I didn’t fuck myself into TRT honestly but now that’s were im at with other issues also ED at 40yrs old.

I wish I had waited way longer to begin compounds. Yeah fuck you football coach.

I believe that waiting would have been a better choice also and not using nor19 compounds like nandrolone in such high amounts and so much.

That’s honestly why I posted this I have seen the post about should I blast and cruise and then I saw the post about starting young. These two posts are seen too normally.

I believe that for my goals to look good naked.

Blast and cruise plus 20wk cycles could have definitely been run better and different much shorter and I believe that I could have done alot with just testosterone and a dht whether proviron or drostanolone even Primobolan which I did use and would have used more over nandrolone if I could change my way of running the cycles I did but I started and ran alot of nandrolone because of old injuries. This wasn’t really needed and I believe that nandrolone is a great compound and I don’t regret using it I just wouldn’t add it to almost every cycle possibly just one and then after that bulk I should have moved forward with just testosterone and dht and dhb compounds.
 
I don’t believe that even on TRT I will use nandrolone again moving forward I believe that im going to focus on getting my testosterone around 1200 and then add proviron for now but will either become drostanolone or methenolone.
 
Right now, I use itty bitty bits of NPP (e.g., 10-20mg ED) with my cruise TRT solely for joint health, but otherwise, I agree that its good to stay away from the Nor-19s. I also throw in the same amount of mast prop. That trio–test prop, NPP, and mast prop–really seems to work well for me. I want to explore primo and proviron a well, however, as potential additions/replacements in my cruise TRT protocol.
 
So the best combination in AAS and the way a cycle should be built when stacking is exactly what you are doing
Testosterone
Nor19
Dht or dhb not EQ actually primo as dhb
That’s the perfect cycle no matter how you fill in the compounds. Its been proven over and over to be the best way to combine compounds for gains and synchronicity.
 
I personally want to run
Testosterone cypionate 200mg
Nandrolone decanoate 100mg
Methenolone enanthate 200mg or
Drostanolone enanthate 100-200mg
I’ve never run drostanolone so I would start with propionate and dial it in with the trt testosterone dose. I might need to actually lower the drostanolone dosage if used I would definitely use 200mg a wk of primo though

I believe that cycle would really get me chiseled back to where I want to be once im on trt though I will allow me and the doctor to dial it in and then there’s a good possibility of this being my protocol. The dosage being low for me though in my opinion low lol

I will start with testosterone for trt for around a year. I will then add in the dht or primo and possibly the nandrolone which is what I shouldn’t do lol its definitely possible though especially since im not getting younger especially with @Poppy reminding me im older than 40 😆 🤣
 
I just honestly feel like this is the worst it has ever been for me especially with my testosterone at just above 300.
I destroyed a scale the other day I had to buy a new one it didn’t change that I gained 4lbs when I believed that I was losing weight.
It honestly still doesn’t make sense to me and my original goal was to start once I get my weight down but I didn’t want to go by the scale. I just basically wanted to get myself looking good again then get started.
I don’t believe that I can drop weight without more testosterone. I should say that I can but its a crazy struggle for me to just get back to the look I want to start trt.
I believe that im going to have to start trt to actually be able to get my body to drop the little bit of weight I wanted to lose. I tell people all the time that its all about diet and it is but im running a deficit working out with fasted cardio and im intermittent fasting with a 4hr window.
Im just not losing anymore weight and im not used to being like this any advice on a better way to lose the weight would be great. I am honestly baffled and don’t understand why I can’t drop 9lbs now that it went back up 4lbs.
 
Not being a jerk but you aint 25 anymore brother. Your metabolism is changing. You’re right there on the edge of “being one of us”. It’s like going thru puberty again… hair in weird places… bodies acting funny.

Maybe get your test at 100mg e3d for a bit, maybe 3 months than inch it up as needed…125mg and/or add prov.

You’re just stuck thats all. Hard to break free the older we get.

What I really need is to start trt once this happens I believe that it will help everything from my mental health to weight, ED and more.
I really understand how important testosterone is right now for sure that’s a fact. It doesn’t feel good to have low testosterone so to all the doctors help your patients and prescribe trt to those who need testosterone.
