Back to the grind today after taking two days off, and that first session back just hits different. Got in a solid back and biceps workout and went all in from the jump. Strength felt there, focus was sharp, and every set had that clean connection.
There’s something addictive about coming back after a short break and training even harder than before. Pumps were nasty, movements felt controlled, and everything just clicked. That post workout feeling of success is undefeated it’s the reminder of why this lifestyle sticks.
