I just eat a regular meal two hours before then eat right after and every two hours from there.So I usually eat small meals for a pre-workout because big meals made me feel sluggish in the gym. Well guess what ?I'm feeling that way now and I'm hungry while I'm working out. So I take it my body is used to that and I'm going to eat a standard size meal now as I pre-workout. Then go hit them legs baby! See how I feel..

I use orange juice, but that’s only because most other juices have some form of apple juice in it and I’m deathly allergic to apples.
I would just add 8-16oz to drink with a meal. Super easy carbs.
Dates are an excellent bulking carb. 6-7 dates is 30g of carbs and it will barely spike glucose. 18 tiny little dates and 90g of carbs? Vs two bagels? Gimme the dates and save my gut.
