@Dirtnasty I just received my bottle and it says to take at night before bed on an empty stomach.

Question is how empty?

I mean I never have an empty stomach and was taking it with all my other pills in morning until I saw that recently. I can’t tell difference between when i take it

Maybe I’ll make it my bedtime routine but my stomach will be emty-ish
