Advice on bloodwork results

It’s been a year or more since my last cycle of Test and Deca. My labs show many disturbing levels including high SHBG, high % saturation of iron, low DHEA, high LDL and high non HDL cholesterol levels. The only thing I’ve noticed is I have a bad Gyno flare up. If any of you experts and veterans would give my labs a look over and provide feedback/advice I’d really appreciate it brothers. Let me know what other information you may need for a better picture of whats going on.

Shbg and your iron can be related. It gets a little complicated.

Dhea might be testes or pituitary glands.

I know those two are related most likely, my theory on the gyno is that the shbg could be preventing my test from binding and my body sees it as low test to estrogen but it is complicated especially when all other usual gyno triggers are pretty normal.

Im almost 25, not my first cycle.Full PCT of nolvadex/clomid and proviron for libido( first 4 weeks only) NAC milk thistle, literally any and all liver aides and cycle support i always use on and after a cycle. My balls reached normal size after 6 weeks or so and my body was great up until maybe 3 months ago where gyno hit me and I started losing a little weight. 165 to current 153 ish. But thats mostly due to my reduced calorie diet after cycle.

Your gyno just flared up recently? I can’t say I’ve heard of that a year after cycle.

I know me either, I haven’t taken anything other than some preworkouts, vitamins and a natural test booster. The test booster really raised my concerns but I’ve taken it several times over the years and not had any adverse effects.

I’m stumped brother. I’m afraid I’m of no help.

Has your doc looked at your labs?

I am going to see my doc just not sure when i can due to the holidays. I honestly don’t see them being able to pinpoint anything. I plan on asking to be referred to a surgeon for gland removal but I really want them to do more labs and try to find a reason for these shbg levels and such. My brother has a iron disorder but I haven’t had any labs or side effects indicating me having it but I’ll bring up with the doc as well.

I haven’t tested for it but I believe iv had it back in january of 2020. Haven’t tested recently I couldn’t say. My son tested two weeks ago but was negative.

What’s your diet like lately are you eating low carb/keto?

Have you lost a lot of weight recently?

This is me shooting from the hip. Take it as an icu nurse speculation after 2 years of covid.

Covid fucks with hemoglobin which fucks with several aspects of your RBC’s. One of them being iron. Iron is related to SHBG. that’s a stretch. But it’s all I can think of.

This is not backed by data. Just trying to think it through to help.

For the gyno flare ups. Id like to have the tissue removed so It doesn’t keep happening. Ive had painful flare ups before but never when not using AAS. Removal normally will prevent any further tissue growth.

I appreciate any speculation my friend, Covid is weird and I know for certain the body is even weirder haha. No telling what effect its had on me.

So this is something I know from personal experience low carb and keto diets cause high SHBG. Also significant weight loss can cause elevated iron levels because your body has a target iron level based on your body size and if you lose a lot of weight your iron level can be temporarily high until you body adjusts to the new body weight.

I physically experienced the high iron levels 2 different times after losing 30-50 lbs. both cases the iron levels eventually came down on their own.
