Here’s my plan 2 weeks no legs after that I’ll start working my hamstrings again but probably no deadlifts. December start deadlifting again and doing quad work that isn’t squats just to start building back muscle and see if it is issue on things such as leg extensions. And leg press maybe not leg press as that loads a good amount of weight. Then next year try an and start squating again. The right leg which felt worse but maybe wasn’t I was back squating month later but I also was doing high bar and started lighter then worked back up over time. So I’ll go that route again and if I’m able to go a few months no issues start low bar again and loading weight I want to hit 700 again before I’m comfortable I’ll be able to push it for meet. If this doesn’t work time to start getting right for to be men’s physique competitor
