Preventing Muscle Loss

Need help! I currently have a cyst/tumor in my chest that I’m getting surgically removed and will be stitched up and not able to train upper body, excluding arms, for 2-3 months because of the whole in my chest. Is there any form of Steroid, Sarm, PED, or anything that could mitigate the damage of not training for that long. I plan on switching to 6 days a week legs and arms. I’m going to split it up into quads, hamstrings, arms and calves then rest day to try to at least progress my lower body. Any and all advice is greatly appreciated!

There are a few that are/have been prescribed or made to help prevent muscle wasting disease I dont know scientific name for that…Anavar is one,I forget the other,HGH I’m sure would help, better answer will come, in the mean time keep researching on here or else where

O shoot brother. Sorry to here that. Will that be the end of it once they remove it?

That seems like a long time to go after surgery.

No brother listen to your doctors hgh will just make tumors explode and spread you just want to get the surgery do PT and then make a comeback like me or others that have had major surgery.
Its the best way to go about this afterwards then use gear to come back take some time off.
