Posting guidelines for UGM Bodybuilding Forum

Hey guys. If you could please watch the titles more on posts. If it references a particular sponsor, name the sponsor in the title.

If its about a chemical or question of a chemical, put it in question format with the name. Think of it as what you would look up in google if trying to find an answer.

As soon as a post is created it assigns a url to it. Even if the @staff edits the title later, its still crawling the old url without the keyword.

This helps our site ranking as well as making it easier to search for answers to questions someone in else may have on the board.

Is that the correct way or is there a better way of titling that post. Just so I can see an example

Thats fine. What we need to get away from is making posts that saying nothing of what the post is about in the title. The title is main heading google reads and considers.
