I had my quarterly check up this afternoon and am very happy. I joined this site in November and immediately got labs back…they were very poor and I got some great advice from @NeuroRN and @Bigmurph along with many others. I’ve read many things on this forum. @TBU is putting out some golden info…especially for us “advanced” lifters. The red/purple ink is last November (2 months ago) numbers. I’ve managed to drop my a1c 3.3 points.

Heck yeah brother !!! My doc was as excited as I was!! Of course I have some more questions.

Today starts my official 8 month countdown to the big 6-oh everything else was just prep!

I’m inching my trt up from 100mg @ week to (non trt doses)250 @ week. I will be using the roidtest metabolic test that bigmurph recommended. To get a good marker. Does that sound prudent?
 
I think that’s an okay option. Honestly I’m more concerned with the effect of AAS on your liver and kidneys etc with the already present stress of diabetes. I think it would be better to run a metabolic panel with you labs when you cycle. You have less of an acceptable window for liver and kidney numbers being elevated. Does that make sense?

I’m inching my test up…probably wait til next blood panel…three more months.
 
@Rusty Sweet. I’ve got a small stockpile. My cycle will be very age appropriate. I don’t have any aww shits left and harm reduction is everything to me. I’m living vicariously thru you and @JB_rD81 for the heavy lifting and big cycles!

Haha. Gonna start a big cycle next week. Look at my stockpile. Unfortunately it’s a mix of a bunch of shit. It in my rusty precycle prep. Maybe you have some ideas. As far as big lifts I gotta take it slow with that I lost a lot of gains from getting injured after overtraining this summer hitting prs
 
I like power building. I don’t compete anymore so powerlifting is out. Right now… monday is oh press…shoulders…arms…back. Wednesday is everything lower…squat posterior chain etc. friday is bench shoulders arms back. Calves 3x week. Conditioning 4-7 x a week.
 
@TBU I’m trying to catch you. You posted a pic a bit ago… you look great. I’m doing good…not great though. Please keep up the mini blocks of instruction.

I’ve heard a lot of guys get pellets. To each his own. I don’t mind the spike. At least he’s bettering his self.
