Hi all.Roofing job is done and for that I'm grateful.Im Goin to the gym with my bro in law at 1700,I'm gonna use TNE/DBOL inject 50mg dbol 50mg TNE,gonna pin it within next 20 minutes. Gonna make a shake,I got ANIMAL vanilla,whole milk,going old school gonna throw a whole raw egg in there,with strawberries to, gonna have to use the blender,haven't used a blender in awhile.
To lazy to post my breakfast n lunch,but dinner will 3 chic breasts,on top stove,avocado oil,black n white pepper,onion powder,1 cup of basmati rice,and a salad with romaine lett,tomatoes,red onion,chic peas,water chestnuts,light balsamic vinegar.
My daughter has a game tomorrow am,her team is in 1st place,their 10-4,every player is good on their team.Anyfuckinways,hope everyone has a smooth and productive day.
 
Wooo we both used some tne today I was able to get my heavy bench. It after I just didn’t have the glycogen stores to really go heavy
 
Skipped the gym to cut the grass before work. Supposed to rain again this weekend up here. Will hit legs tomorrow.
