Super interesting stuff. David Sinclair is a Harvard prof studying the science of reversing aging. His book is phenomenal. Lots of solid info here about how to extend your healthy life span. He is the reason I take metformin.

Right now… slow it down. I mean the CRISPR work is going to be able to reverse aging I think. They can already cure macular degeneration in mice with a virus.

Haha David Sinclair has clinical trials in humans with nmn going right now that are really promising. And they claim they can reverse the aging of the brain in mice right now.

Is there a drug to lengthen the telomeres? I saw something in the last year saying they did it to a rat somehow. I sure would like to look and feel 25 again.

Hahah old rat blood. The science behind NMN and metformin is pretty strong. Should have the data from human trials relatively soon he said.
