It would hurt if I had one right. For a few weeks I feel like th ere has been sowmthing sticking out right around. Belly button no pain I’ve had soem discharge in belly button but I think that was fungal after using the antiobiotics. Like it woudl hurt when I brace for lifts right
 
I have a small umbilical hernia that does NOT hurt. Per the doc… mine is not worth operating on.

Of course you strain 1000% more than I do.
 
We’ll see when I drop a few pounds after the meet but it seems to be mor e distended then again I’m eating constantly on tren liek I can’t get enough food if it isn’t rice
 
If you have a bump protruding from your abdomen around the umbilical area, it’s probably a hernia. Doesn’t have to hurt. But can still cause problems…. Especially lifting heavy weights.

Better to at least get it checked and have repaired if needed than emergency surgery if is incarcerated or causing strangulation.
 
Well it’ll have to wait til after meet. Funny wnought I think it happened when I was coughing while sick a few weeks back.
 
If that’s actually the cause your def need to get it fixed. I would say that’s step one after the meet.
 
I’ve been pretty good on it since stopping cialis and I really only noticed the posiible hernia the week after Christmas when sick. Again I think it happened coughing. Would never have noticed anything if there wasn’t an indentation above ky bellybutton

I had an umbilical hernia. It started small and eventually was like a finger coming out of my belly button. It felt like my guts were coming out of me , which they were. Surgery was easy ans it’s been 14 years.
Just keep an eye on it. If it busts out get your ass in the ER and in surgery within 30 minutes of you could die due to strangulation.
Definitely wear a belt during dead lifts or heavy cable rows. It’s even a good idea to wrap a towel around the belt and have it over your belly to have pressure on it while doing those exercises.
 
Oh I wear belt on l heavy lifts never did in rdls. I plan to get it looked at after meet hopefully if surfer it’s quick recovery time
