GearChurch EQ 400 rating

20+ ??? That’s a good run of EQ! What was/is your take away? I ran EQ once and really enjoyed it. Research points to an increased endurance capacity and red blood cell count which equals better perfusion/oxygenation of the muscles which means more growth… blah blah.

As an athlete who isn’t focused on pure strength or physique any longer, 50 y.o, EQ speaks to my interest in long endurance efforts and stamina. Any thought on it?
 
I can say it had improved endurance to an extent. I find my self taking shorter rests between sets, but that’s about it, in no way shape or form can I go out there and run a 10min 2 mile. All in all its a great smooth compound. It builds the muscle from within I feel like. It also gave me a nice rounded look up top, nice capped shoulders. I do experience a slight increase in anxiety, nothing I can’t deal with, but I find myself more and more impatient, could be a mix of Tren and EQ though.
