This means its granted them by default on other apps. Going back to my last thread on secure mobile devices, facebook had 4 applications within the samsung bloatware. So while even if you arent using the app, it still has 3 running services you cant disable or have no control over. I dont have a facebook or instagram but sure there are those here that do.
