Decrease you high Hemoglobin and hematocrit. Why is your prolactin high if the only thing your taking is that sarm?

When your levels are high as @NeuroRN stated your blood gets “thick” your heart has to work harder and theres more pressure on your blood vessels. Think of tour heart pumping pudding.

No one here really knows Sarms. Maybe @Dirtnasty Your BUN is elevated as well if I recall correctly. Which means your kidneys are flushing properly. Get off of whatever you’re taking.

Because I came off tren with no AI 12 weeks ago maybe ? I’m cruising on 150 test will that do it ?

Always carry caber and dose your AI while taking tren…control those sides high E sides during cycle it’ shouldn’t cause prolactin issues even though they are completely different and tren affects the progestin.

Should always have caber in hand.

An AI has no effect on tren itself. It doesn’t aromatize. To control tren side effects you need caber for prolactin and progesterone. 12 weeks? I don’t think you should still have high prolactin from tren 12 weeks ago. But I’m not a tren expert.

I would stop the sarm and recheck bloods.
