Estrogen a little high but not crazy. Some people like it just out of range. Pretty good test #s on 200mg a week

Are you pinning 100 on Sunday and another 100 on Monday?

You should consider a Monday, Wednesday, Friday schedule as that could help your E2 and maybe allow you to drop the AI and add DIM supplement.

Yes Sunday 100 mg Wednesday 100 mg, someone told me to take a few letro but I don’t want to crash it and it really doesn’t feel bad to have high estrogen, just a little more cry cry sometimes lol
