Couple things since we have seen a lot of people asking about blood work and diet. There are a few things you will need to realize while on AAS cycle or TRT. I will write up a few issues I have seen in my blood work that has doctors concerned when the results come in. Some of these will diminish once you come off cycle, but you need to be aware of and keep them in check.
Creatinine. Most of us will see a elevated level on this. There are several reasons this happens.
  1. High output in workouts. If you do a PR routine say deadlifts and have blood work a few days later, this can cause elevated levels.
  2. Dehydration. Not enough water can give a high reading.
  3. Diet. Heavy protein intake can elevate levels
  4. Taking creatine. This will affect your blood as well. There are naysayers. But this is a fact.
Things to do to help reduce levels and kidney health and reduce levels
    Increase fluid intake
    Diet change
    Stinging nettle
    Salvia
    Chamomile tea
    Cinnamon
    Dandelion root
Next write up will be AST/SGOT

Absolutely. I had blood done for a physical after a workout. My doctor was horrified with my results. Had to quit creatine for a while and re do blood a month later. Creatinine numbers back to normal.
