Today the gym opened so for me church is now in session.
Today exercises
  1. Barbell Z press 6 sets first 2 warm ups
    2)dumbbell bench press 6 sets felt so good to
    get the weights started at 45 50 then 55
    2a) in between set squats
    3)incline straight bar started 5 sets
    3a)n between sets squats
    4)seated dip machine 4 sets
    4a)in between set squats
    5)3 4 sets pec deck felt odd as i wanted to do cables
    6)cables press 5 sets
    6a)oblique crunches in between sets
    7)superset Cuban Press 5 sets 30 lb straight bar immediately after each set poliquin lateral raises
    8)inclined chess press with cables 6 sets
    9)tricep rope extensions 6 sets
    10)stomach exercises
Felt amazing to hit some weights 💪

Stretching
Leg extension every 5th hold for static hold 15 reps ×4 40 low 55 lb end
Calf raises in between

Barbell front squat 1st set 15 10lb each
Set 2 15 20lb …each side
Ser 3 15 25lb
Set 3 15 27 lb…fuck

Leg press narrow stance
1 1 min listen to music pressing 180

2 1 min press 180

3 1 min 190
4 1 min 200
Lying leg curl
1 50 lbs
Squats with kettle bell
2 60
Squats kb
3 60
Squats kb
4 70
Oblique with kettle bell
Hack Squats wow im beat
In between crunches with kettlebell
Seated leg curl
Ab roller in between
55 lb 70 lb max today
Legs complete
