- Barbell Z press 6 sets first 2 warm ups
2)dumbbell bench press 6 sets felt so good to
get the weights started at 45 50 then 55
2a) in between set squats
3)incline straight bar started 5 sets
3a)n between sets squats
4)seated dip machine 4 sets
4a)in between set squats
5)3 4 sets pec deck felt odd as i wanted to do cables
6)cables press 5 sets
6a)oblique crunches in between sets
7)superset Cuban Press 5 sets 30 lb straight bar immediately after each set poliquin lateral raises
8)inclined chess press with cables 6 sets
9)tricep rope extensions 6 sets
10)stomach exercises
