A great app for beginning training

Oh man… I barely know how to answer my phone and now you want me to try and learn how to use an app?!

I have never used one but I could see them being convenient for some.
 
This is one of the better ones I’ve seen.
I know when I first started working out I knew to do sit ups,flat bench,curling.
This app can actually build you a workout for the goals you want to achieve. Guys and gals just starting off its great. More advanced features are available also but for most of us it can just help give us a new routine
