Ohhh I hate running 🤣 but yeah supose running and cycling may be the way forward for legs some dumbbell squats . Good little tip for calfs which you probs already know but if you stand half on bottom step hold some weight and you got ya self some calf raises (from the medieval times) lol
🤣 I think I will be to he honest . I never thought I would feel so lost with no gym open makes me pissed off when I think of the odd days after work wherein was like 1 night off wont hurt … lol

So I tried a new supplier because my usual contact is just a pain in the arse I spend most miy life work, family and gym . Social circle very small ect . Anyway tried a new supplier and got some test cyp 300 from monster labs usa . Not going to lie bottle came with no box looks cheap and tatty ...
