Yea i work both upper and lower i do weighted but what i really want to know is whats the best rout to go i mean i do abs everyday but back day should i do them less am i doing too much? I was always told you can do abs everyday but should they have some rest?
Ok so whats the best way to get abs to really pop? I know diet first but once i get cut and drop the bodyfat i have abs but there not really defined… whats the best rout to take? I hit them everyday for atleast 30 min and they kinda cube up but nothing crazy just your average skinny guy abs
Not so much asking for a diet plan but more so what type of diet works well with clen… shes healthy and she does about an hr cardio everyday with an hr of lifting she has good muscle tone she is not a petite girl…, if that helps
Ok so the wife has decided she wants to take Clenbuterol… a few of her friends have had success in losing weight with it… i was against it but i cant really stop her so i would like to know what is a proper dose and diet for her… she has a desk job and goes to the gym at least 5 days a week
