    So who came up with the 8 weeks 12 weeks 16 weeks 21 weeks cycles and why are those suggested? Like if someone is doing deca and it’s along ester why don’t they just say 30 weeks 45 weeks? Just wondering thank you!

    Blood donation

    So I’m starting a cycle, 500 test e 300 deca and 600 eq a week, I can NOT donate blood for medical reasons so I’m asking how can I extract blood at home, do they sell at home blood kits? Or just a 16 g needle and a plastic line and let it drip out out what can I do? Thank you!
