i do back and bis same day and i always feel that my bis recover super fast so i super set every back exercise with pullups or some kind of curl. i love the feeling when my back is tight and my arms feel like the skin is gonna rip cause theres no more room for the skin to stretch

im a few weeks in on a cut. test 500/wk tren 300wk and mast 600/wk. ill be dropping the tren at week 8 so im thinking ill start the dhb at week 6 at 300/wk for 10 weeks
